I have dedicated my career to help romantic relationships heal from the most adverse circumstances. I am passionate about the delicate work of thoughtfully and carefully guiding hurting partners along the road of healing toward their relationship dreams. My training as a Certified Affair Recovery Counselor has given me access to a wealth of knowledge and tools to help partners in the most dire situations. 

I realize how hard healing may seem when you’ve are in the midst of the most difficult challenges a relationship can face. Many couples in Columbus, Ohio and beyond reach out because they assume their constant conflict and difficulty communicating is a sign the relationship is failing. I see these challenges as an opportunity for growth and a sign the couple still has some fight left in them.

I’ve learned that a motivated couple can move through this journey to find the negative perspective of one another can transform to love, respect, and appreciation. It is possible heal the relationship trauma, betrayal, mistrust, and disconnection. 

When partners are committed to one another and the process they can be successful, even if it takes some time to fully commit to the process or the relationship. Over the course of your relatively short time in counseling, you may see small steps culminate into the big changes you have needed for years. Many partners even forget how difficult it was for them when they first walked through my door. My goal in our work is for you to start to see one another as teammates instead of enemies. You may find that your conflict isn’t to be avoided but becomes an opportunity to connect and grow together.
