(She/Her)
This work begins with understanding you, your relationships, and the context that has shaped how you think, feel, and respond.
I work with individuals, couples, and families in a way that is honest, supportive, and collaborative. I care about getting to know the ins and outs of who you are, what you have experienced, and how that is showing up in your relationships and daily life. This work is not one size fits all. It is shaped around you.
Therapy is more than a conversation. It is a process of slowing things down, reflecting, and working through what is coming up in a real and intentional way. There is space to look at patterns, understand where they come from, and begin to respond to them differently.
Honesty, directness, and support are all part of this process. That might look like noticing something in the moment, sitting with it together, and exploring what it means rather than rushing past it. The goal is not perfection. It is awareness, understanding, and real change.
There is space to be real here. That goes both ways. This is a collaborative process where you are supported while also being challenged in a way that helps you grow. Patterns can be explored, understood, and approached in a way that actually works for you.
