I am passionate about helping relationships in distress heal. I specialize in working with high-conflict couples and infidelity/affair recovery because I do not believe any relationship is a lost cause--if the couple is willing to work for it.
I have dedicated over 10 years to helping partners work to rebuild when it seems all hope is lost. When most folx meet with me that first time they often feel helpless and exhausted. They are often in the midst of the worst days of their relationship, and honestly their lives. They are almost completely destroyed by betrayal or the seemingly never-ending cycle of conflict. We work together to de-escalate to create safety and begin to heal. I create a carefully constructed plan to address the trauma, shame, guilt, hurt and sadness.
We work to rebuild trust, empathy, and connection. My passion is to help partners come out of their darkest days to find the relationship they have wanted and needed for years.
I also realize people have different wants and needs based on their own unique circumstances. That is why I have teamed up with the amazing therapists below.
