We are looking for our next Rockstar Therapist as an Independent Contractor.
Since we are not bound by insurance contracts we are afforded the luxury of seeing our couples for 90 minutes or more. Our ideal client couples and partners in non-traditional relationships find significant benefits and improved outcomes from being seen for longer sessions. The additional time allows for the depth needed to do this work effectively.
As an Independent Contractor, you would have control over seeing the clients that energize you, when you see them, and how (telehealth, in person. or both).

Building a brand we are proud of over the last 8 years allows us a steady stream of new client referrals. We pride ourselves on being a super team of sorts. Each clinician is great in their own right (we call them Rockstars). They are passionate about relationship work and we collaborate often to ensure we give our clients our absolute best. We often refer to one another because we believe in abundance, we believe in one another, and there are certainly enough referrals to go around!
Our compensation is one of the highest in the state because we believe that martyrdom is NOT a requirement of this profession. We know when clinicians are well taken care of they are most likely to provide their best to their clients.
We have a 2000+ square foot office with a "zen room", kitchenette, the potential to not have to share a treatment room with other clinicians, and more.
We pride ourselves on being far above the industry average for therapist income potential.

Minimum Requirements:
Licensed as a MFT, LPC, LISW, IMFT, LPCC, LISW-S, IMFT-S, LPCC-S in the State of Ohio
Training in at least one or more of the following theories: EFT, Gottman Method, RLT, or PACT prior to applying.
Secured external Supervision if required by the CSWMFT Board
A passion and competence for working with relationships in distress- A MUST!
1 Weekend or 1 Evening availability for in-person sessions
